The food here is 1000/10 😍🔥 bitso bitso is bomb and so are all the other baked goods. Staff are friendly and atmosphere while it is small, its cute and welcoming!

We're a big fan of Starlights cakes and selection of Filipino bread! Very popular bakery considering how busy it always is! Dropped by this morning to grab some Spanish Bread and Bitso Bitso...goes so well with the morning coffee!!! The Spanish Bread was as light and fluffy as it looks and the BB (basically fried doughnut) was nice and crispy on the outside...these are probably the most popular items as the tray out front empties quick! They usually have plenty more out back though..just ask! Keep your good work Starlight! 😁

Every time I am in Doonside I always make sure I make time to head to starlight bakery to pick up a dozen freshly baked Pandasel. The only downside is Parking is a bit of a nightmare and often the wait is long.

Filo breads are PERFECT and FLUFFY! Staff needs to be hospitable and welcoming to costumers at times. Soo LOVE the new interiors!!

They were very busy but were going through the customers quite quickly, awesome selection of items to buy and I was thinking of the sugar coma one could fall into. They have a very good egg pie and so yummy, empernadas were very savoury and taste devine. Just fantastic. I believe their customer service has improved since I was there last time. It was better than last time I was there. I didnt see any fresh bread loaves there, They could have been anywhere in the little shop. But it was a popular shop. I will go back and experience more items and if you liked my review give me a tick on the blue hand and help me improve my google local guide experience...

Very popular bakery and can definitely see why. Great flavours and consistent quality breads (and cakes) at reasonable prices 🙌🏻 The queues can be intimidating on weekends (I waited about 30 mins, Sunday). Staff are busy taking orders from customers who buy in dooooozens; can me you want to run away asap when you’re only getting 4 smol pans .. 👉🏻👈🏻 🍠 ube cheese pan de sal - Aesthetically pleasing, tastes great. The ube filling is creamy and not overly sweet. Pan is round, soft and airy. Can’t really taste the cheese but ube is enough. Would buy again 😋 🍫 choco bread - Chocolate bread it is. The chocolate flavour is more like cocoa imo. 🥥 Spanish bread - Soft and airy with some coconut custard (I think it is) filling, also not overly sweet or strong, has a good balance of flavour. It’s very cheap ($1.1 each only 😱). Great for an arvo snack ☕️ There’re also the staples like sliced bread and plain pan de sal which my Chinese family loves and regularly buys, they go well with a lot of things.

Good Filipino breads. Reasonable pricing. Expect long queue on peak hours. Parking can be a challenge.

Great pinoy bakery, tastes just like my favourite places in Laoag. Service as expected, friendly and helpful. Good prices and parking infront of the store.
